Once you have found the desired property you need register your details as a buyer. Once registered you just click on the property you are interested in and  here you will find all the contact details of the seller so that you can contact them directly. 

The seller then gives you any extra information you may need on the property and if you are interested  arranges a viewing for you. If you like what you see  you deal directly with the seller and negotiate a price. If you both agree on the price  then the deal is done so now you need to inform your solicitor of the details of the sale.
